: Printed on border: "The small shawl or fascinator illustrated is one of the latter instances and is made of white Saxony with an ordinary tatting shuttle, wound fresh for each wheel. The design may be made any size desired by simply adding more wheels. The engraving pictures a shawl the longest side of which is composed of twenty wheels. By simply adding to, or reducing the number of wheels on this line any size shawl may be constructed." W ....
