: Written on mount: "May 1, 1890" Printed on border: "Long roll, double breasted sack, to be worn open or three buttons, faced with silk if desired. Material for this style of garment we recommend a special high grade of F. & H. Thibut's scotch homespun, English rough cheviot. Also broken chain diagonals, dark blues and blacks are the colors preferred." Includes additional text.
