: Additional illustrations on remaining pages of music show additional women attired as on the cover. Note 2.) Composer's name on cover is misspelled: Paul Schindley [instead of Paul Schindler]. Note 3.) Cover illustration by Jules Pales shows a chorus line of women as if dancing a cancan, wearing long skirts, petticoats and black stockings; one woman stands in front of the others; the top edge of a conductor can be seen at the bottom of the cover. Note 4.) On cover: As sung in Klaw and Erlanger's production of Jack and the beanstalk. Note 5.) Summary: While girls in Paris and London have their values, the real thing is a New York girl.
