Note 2.) Cover includes drawn portrai of A. Nelson Adams. Note 3.) Dealer's stamp on cover at bottom right and on p. 2 to left of title: Oliver y Trill, Carriedo, No. 10, Manila. Note 4.) Dedication on cover at top: Respectfully dedicated to Major Chas. Boxton, 1st Reg't Cal. U.S. Inft'y. Note 5.) Lithographed folded sheet. Note 6.) Summary: Far from home in Manila, Philippines, a soldier was sleeping and dreaming of the girlfriend who asked him to come home; when he awoke, he realized it was a dream but was glad that someone remembered him.
