Picture caption: "Während der allgemeinen Welthetze schafft der Führer unermüdlich am kulturellen Aufbau Großdeutschlands: Der Führer auf dem Obersalzberg mit Professor Speer bei der Besprechung von Plänen für das neue Opernhaus in Linz an der Donau." Note 3.) The Obersalzberg was the mountain location of Hitler's country home, the Berghof, near the town of Berchtesgaden in Bavaria. Linz was the city nearest to where Hitler had spent his youth in Austria. When Hitler came to power, he planned, with the help of his official architect Albert Speer, to dramatically rebuild Linz to make it the artistic capital of Europe. Note 4.) Title translates German picture caption
